Our Company Secretary service takes care of those tiresome forms and reports, leaving you to get on with running the business. This service includes handling of officer appointments, share allotments, Companies House forms and Reports and liaison with your Accountant. Where the company is dormant we will also file Dormant Company Accounts and liaise with Inland Revenue. Price £120 + VAT (including Companies House Annual Return fee)

Our Nominee Director service provides a signatory to act as your proxy on behalf of the company. The service is confidential and includes the necessary legal documentation. Price - £350 + VAT

Our Nominee Shareholder service holds your shares in trust with confidentiality. Price (including legal documentation and Stamp Duty) - £120 + VAT

Our Registered Office service provides an official UK address for your company and includes forwarding of official documents.
Price - £100 + VAT

A Good Standing Certificate, signed by an official of Companies House, is the perfect way to prove that your company is valid and up-to-date and to verify the director and shareholder appointments.

Certified copies of key documents (signed by a Companies House official). Price - £32.39 + VAT

The internationally accepted method of verifying official documents is to obtain an "Apostille" seal from the Foreign & Commonwealth office.
